We seek exceptional teams with deep domain expertise, operating in North American tech hubs like Silicon Valley, NYC, and Boston. Ideal investments have $10K+ in MRR, valuations between $5M–$25M at Seed or $20M–$80M at Series A, and target large, addressable markets. We prefer opportunities where we can add value through strategic influence or board participation, and avoid capital-intensive or highly regulated ventures. Whether it’s a breakout marketplace or a data-driven disruptor, we’re looking for visionary founders with a clear exit strategy and a relentless focus on customer success.
